7-Day Window

At Callas, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible within this week-long window.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Original packaging and tags must be intact.

Non-Returnable

Personalized items, products on clearance, or items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a priority exchange at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or color? Within the 7-day period, you can request an exchange. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address (subject to pin code serviceability). Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
